Another week has come and gone.  Hopefully yours has been as awesome as mine.  I joined the Million Dollar Club and by the time you are reading this, I’ll officially be a home owner!  So other than that, it was just another week!  :-) Here are a few articles that caught my attention this week:

J. Money at Budgets Are Sexy gives good advice explaining how to decrease your spending on alcohol in My Wallet Gets Beer Goggles Too.  Don’t worry, “drink less” isn’t located anywhere among his tips, so do yourself a favor a check it out.

Did you know the US Post Office hasn’t received any tax money since the 1980’s, or that they can claim property under eminent domain?  Check out Weakon 127: The United States Postal Service at Weakonomics to learn more.  Very interesting stuff.

Treat your inner cheapskate with 24 Ways To Save Money Today from Trent at The Simple Dollar.  My favorite? Brush your teeth! Really, it’s #1 on his list.

Kyle at Suburban Dollar looks past base salary and talks about different benefits that are often part of the overall compensation package in Base Salary Isn’t Everything.
